What is the STEM Skills Passport?
A permanent digital record of a learner’s STEM skills. Instructors assess each skill from level 1 to 5 after every class and add a short evidence note. The passport builds up across every course and workshop the learner takes.
Can parents see their child’s progress?
Yes. The parent portal shows each child’s Skills Passport (read-only), attendance, upcoming sessions, certificates, invoices and consent forms.
Is our organisation’s data kept separate?
Yes. Every organisation’s data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, not just hidden in the interface. Sensitive records such as medical notes and safeguarding incidents are restricted further.
Do you take card payments?
Payments are handled by Stripe. SkyCoders never stores card details.
